I never got a response from these folks... like other writers have pointed out - look for different aircraft brokers...

Steer clear of this place, the customer service is a nightmare, totally disorganized and they don’t pick up the phone or reply to emails. My experience with them was really bad. Perhaps the positive reviews are from a different country branch, but the UK one was just terrible.

I gave this service a shot twice, but still no word from them. For my first inquiry, they shot back a standard reply email, and I sent more details about the flight. Yet, it still shows 0 days Awaiting Quotes in my account since no one got back to me. The same thing happened with my other flight request. I ended up reaching out to a company called LTM jets, and they responded way quicker and got my booking sorted out.

As someone pointed out in the comments, it’s pretty curious that all their 5-star reviews come from brand new users. It baffles me why these new charter companies feel the need to buy fake reviews instead of just focusing on delivering solid service.

LunaJet, Netjets, XO, and even VistaJet, which is a direct operator and not just a broker, have review averages in the yellow zone and under 20 reviews total. Yet, PrivateFly wants folks to believe they have nearly 900+ 5-star reviews?! As a charter broker, they should realize that the average private jet traveler doesn’t have the time to sit down and write reviews. That’s why the companies with genuine reviews have so few. But I guess that’s their little trick to mislead the public.

Step up your game!

I've been a JetCard member for a year and a half, but I never thought I'd actually need to use the service that allows you to secure a plane with just a day's notice. Unfortunately, after injuring my hip while vacationing in the USA, I found myself in that exact situation. The entire experience was incredibly smooth, and roughly 24 hours after I made my first request, we were airborne from Scottsdale, Arizona to Los Angeles. Big thanks to Steven W-G and the whole crew at Privatefly for their fantastic service.

A shady scheme where folks submit a request for a private charter, but instead they get bombarded by sales reps pushing fractional ownership in aircraft.

Steer clear of this one.

For those who can afford to fly privately now and then but aren't quite ready to invest in a personal aircraft, this service is perfect. They were incredibly quick to respond to all my questions regarding the process, and the flight itself was as smooth as can be.
